REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All purchases on www.pw-finejewellery.com are final so please choose carefully. You may exchange for a different size or colour within seven days from date of purchase (fifteen days for international orders). Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges and will need to supply proof of purchase being either the PayPal confirmation, bank statement, or email confirmation from PW Fine Jewellery. Please read the conditions of sale before purchasing.

In the case of a refund please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
